The headlights of this SUV are reminiscent of cat's eyes, which are surrounded by a mask of high-quality black and chrome elements.\n\nThe rear lights in the typical PEUGEOT claw optics fascinate with their new deep red color, which creates an even more intense 3-D effect. The claws grasp the tailgate, behind which lies a very spacious and functionally designed boot.\n\nThe new color \"Ultimate Red\" (first introduced in the PEUGEOT 308 GTi) emphasizes the powerful and lively character of the mini SUV PEUGEOT 2008.\n\nEight other body colors - including five metallic, two non-metallic finishes and the new \"Emerald Crystal\" - and its harmoniously curved, perfect lines make this vehicle a real eye-catcher.\n\nThere are new rims for the entire model range, from the 15 \"IODE wheel caps to the new 16\" AQUILLA alloy wheel. Painted or bright-turned 16 \"and 17\" rims are also available.\n\nThe PEUGEOT i-Cockpit\u00ae offers you a unique driving experience. Thanks to the well-designed driver's seat, you can always concentrate fully on the traffic and are always safe on the road: on the head-up display, which is surrounded by blue LEDs, you always see all the important information without having to look away from the road. The modern 7 \"touch screen for the SUV's comfort features is intuitive to use and ergonomically placed, and the compact steering wheel is positioned slightly lower than usual, allowing a closed and relaxed posture that makes the SUV's handling extremely comfortable.\n\nSpecial emphasis was placed on the lighting ambience in the vehicle. The interior and the i-cockpit of the PEUGEOT 2008 are bathed in natural daylight thanks to the generous window surfaces. The instrument cluster, enclosed in blue LEDs, gives the driver's seat an additional technological touch. For the roof, you can choose between a panoramic glass surface with a lighting control system and a roof with laser engraving and backlighting.\n\nThe interior of the SUV benefits from a modern and straightforward style that blends in perfectly with the exterior design. A real eye-catcher: the light and yet dynamic lines of the instrument panel and the ventilation nozzles positioned at the outer ends, whose bezels are reminiscent of cat's eyes. The different material effects attest to the attention to detail.\n\nThe volume of the easily accessible, spacious and functional trunk can be increased in no time at all from 410 to 1,400 liters thanks to the 1\/3: 2\/3 fold-down rear seat. A short pull on the lever on the backrest is enough to fold it over. The pushing back of the bank takes place automatically. The trunk has practical lashing eyes for attachment of objects and also offers two storage compartments on the side with a tether and a net.
